Jan, February and March 2025

Time has flown, and I realized I have neglected to post any photos for over two months.  We started 2025 with a huge, beautiful snow.   

VTS campus was so peaceful.  

Peter and SA made this snow chair that took ages to melt.  

SA fell getting out of the shower and we ended up in the ER.  Luckily, her finger wasn't broken.  :)

SA and Coach Peter had another great basketball season.   

And Susannah ended her rec basketball career with this awesome free throw.  

Which Peter and I missed because we were in La Romana, Dominican Republic for my spring break.  

It was a delightful 6 days.  

The weather was perfect.  

The resort was beautiful.  

We had the best time relaxing together.  

We watched the sunset every single night.  

And spent a ton of time on this gorgeous beach. 

Almost every meal was al fresco, which was just delightful.  

It felt like the best way to celebrate 20 years together.  

It was hard to leave these beautiful views.  

But we had fun things to come home to, like this 5th grade field trip to the National History Museum.  

Last field trip as an elementary schooler.  

I also got to take Susannah to Virginia Beach for the Adidas National Indoor Track event.  She PRd and it was an awesome experience.  

All three girls PRd and were so proud of themselves.  

Moms were proud, too.  We headed to the beach for a celebratory seafood dinner.  

SA and her girl gang are back on bikes and roaming the neighborhood now that spring has sprung.
