Summer 2025 has been full (and hot). Here are the photos. In reverse chronological order. Again. :(
| I took the girls to the local Taylor Swift pop-up bar for trivia. The disco ball mocktails were a hit. |
| The theming was awesome. We were glad we went. |
| We were so happy to get to visit Mom. So proud of her resilience this year. |
| Both girls are taller than her now. |
| We had a wonderful visit. |
| We were delighted to spend one of our Knoxville days with Lyndsey and fam, including their newest member, Callie. |
| These ladies......love them so much. |
| Susannah attended Presbyterian Youth Camp in Massanetta, VA with this group from our church. |
| Meanwhile, this one returned from her week at sleepaway camp. |
| She had the best time. One of the highlights was daily rides with her horse for the week, Coco. |
| She and her cabin mates. |
| We loved seeing pictures each day on the camp website since we weren't allowed phone or email contact. |
| This was her cabin for the week--Juniper Cabin. |
| She was so excited to spend the week with two of her best friends. |
| While Peter was checking her into camp, Susannah and I were in Nashville for our annual 4th of July gathering. |
| Sarah and Peter were missed, but we had a fantastic time. |
| The traditional talent show was a highlight, with stand-up comedy by Susannah. |
| Peter and Sarah rented a cabin with friends the night before camp check in and enjoyed the river. |
| Meanwhile, Susannah and I were enjoying Parnassus Books. |
| And brunching with the Nashville ladies. |
| Annual pool pic with a spot for the missing Sarah. |
| So fun to see these friends in person after months of only marco polo videos. |
| Ready for the fireworks. |
| We loved traveling together, just the two of us. |
| Before camp and travels began, we were focused on SA's lacrosse tournaments. |
| They were warriors, playing their hearts out even in stifling heat. |
| The whole family spent a long weekend for one tournament in Lewes, Delaware. |
| After the tournament ended, we stayed an extra day and took the hottest bike ride in the history of time from Lewes to Rehoboth. |
| The ride was beautiful, including this deer spotting, but it was insanely hot. |
| Another night, we biked down to the water for a DQ blizzard. The water was freezing. |
| We had dinner one night at Lewes' mexican spot. The margs were on point. |
| We rented bikes for our stay and never drove our car which was key with all the crazy beach traffic. |
| These girls played so well at Beach Blast 2025. |
| The house we rented was pretty horrific overall, but the porch and pool were its two redeeming qualities. |
| Susannah's friend Zoe joined us for the first part of the trip. We loved having her. |

| The first night we had dinner at a brewery Peter and I visited a couple of years ago on a weekend away. It was fun to take the girls with us this time. |
And now we are prepping for a big family vacation to Massachusetts. Middle School and High School will be starting before we know it! We pray all is well with you and yours!
