Well we have a discovery on our hands that, in my opinion, rivals the discoveries of such things as the combustion engine or the alien crash landing in Roswell, N.M. The Heineken Brewery of Strasbourg is within walking distance of our apartment. Yes, you guessed it...free, thirst-quenching tours weekly...perhaps daily if the classes become too stressful.
