Random pics of a rather normal week

We have had a nice, uneventful week here in Coronado.    We are trying to soak up every bit of sunshine and friend time and beach time as we can before the moving truck pulls into the driveway.    Moving day will be here before we know it so we are trying to make the most of our last month on this beautiful island.    Here are a few of the photos from this week:

 

 

Susannah wanted to wear her sunglasses at lunch one day.    So funny.    She is getting way too big for her high-chair, but I'm trying to push through until the move to switch to a booster seat.

We had dinner with some friends last weekend.    Afterward we went to the park so this little duo could run off some energy before bedtime.   How cute is this picture???

We spent Saturday afternoon at the community center pool.  

Susannah loved it!  

This was her "smile" when I asked her to smile for mommy's camera. 

Per her request, we are planning to spend this Saturday the exact same way.

We have reached a point where we go for walks and outings without the stroller sometimes.   But Susannah often tires out on the last leg so this is a frequent sight these days.   LOVE.

We decided Susannah's long hair was not practical for summer (or anytime really, considering the struggle it was to brush it every morning) so we headed to the little children's hair place Tuesday morning.  

Susannah remembered the animal crackers from last time and was a trooper, climbing right up into the airplane chair.

We chopped off a good 5 inches or so. 

It looks so adorable now and she is so much cooler and happier.  

We had a picnic in the park yesterday with some friends after bible study.   Susannah and Leyton were so sweet and shared all their food.

I went out to dinner last night for a friend's going away.   Before I left, I made pizza for Susannah and Peter to have for dinner.    They decided they wanted to have this little pizza party in Susannah's room.   It was so adorable and Susannah was so happy to host her Daddy for dinner.   ;)
